Returns Policy

Like everything at Book Wise Limited our return policy has your best interests in mind. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of a book you may return it.  We encourage you to contact us via our Contact Us Form to arrange a return or exchange. Your satisfaction is important to us.

All returns are to be made:

    • Within the 15 days from date of purchase.
    • With original purchase receipt.
    • All parts and/or pages intact. Merchandise unopened and unused in re sellable condition.
    • Opened merchandise with a manufacturing defect will be exchanged same as the original purchase.  Manufacturing defect will be determined upon inspection and at the sole discretion of Book Wise Limited.
    • Exchange per item is accepted once only.
    • Refund will be based on original method of payment.
    • All CD, DVD, video game hardware and software, trading card games, underwear & socks, and consumables sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
    • No refund/exchange will be given on any HAPE wooden products.
    • No refund/exchange will be given on discounted/clearance merchandise.
    • We suggest you use a courier or postal service which provides proof of postage and tracking facilities
    • Book Wise Limited reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.

If we are not able to supply a suitable item for exchange we can offer you a refund for your returned item. We are only able to offer refunds for the value of the item and not including the initial cost of shipping (if any) the item to the customer.

DAMAGED ITEM:

We want to sort out any issues with damaged items right away.

As soon as you discover a fault upon arrival of your product, please complete our Contact Us Form with:

      • Your details including a contact email address
      • Your order number
      • Please take a picture of the damaged item to provide upon request

We will then contact you within 24 hours to advise next steps.

Returns and exchanges need to be mailed at the customers expense to:

Customer Service, Book Wise Limited, 20/D, Block 23 Baguio Villa, 550 Victoria Road, Pokfulam.

Please include a copy of your receipt and a note advising us of your needs.
